Exciting news! I am thrilled to announce the arrival of live playgrounds—the hassle free way for new comers to experience Cassava without any upfront commitment.
Why the change?
Cassava makes it possible to deliver compelling training programs to audience members where they are most at home and productive to maximize engagement, adoption, and retention. Communicating this value proposition to first-time visitors required an upfront commitment on their part to register and go through the onboarding demo.
Can we do better? Yes indeed!
Meet Live Playgrounds
With Live Playgrounds, we have opened the Onboarding demo for immediate access to demonstrate three key aspects of Cassava viz:
- Authorship
- Audience Member Engagement
- Insights via Analytics
The first playground enables Learning and development specialists to explore the structure of a training program in Cassava through direct interaction. This read-only mode is a great way to quickly envision the layout of your first program.
The second playground demonstrates how audience members interact with a Cassava training program. For simplicity, the channel is the web, but it could be Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Webex in your case.
The third playground allows you to explore key insights gathered from the analytics we collect, including Round Adherence, one of the fundamental metrics you will track.
Take the playgrounds for a spin and share your thoughts with us. Even better, use this inspiration to sign up today and get up and running. Learn More

Resource-based Attachments
Resource-based Attachments follow Live Playgrounds. This feature allows you to share existing cloud-based resources as attachments without first uploading them to our platform. For instance, you can incorporate your favorite YouTube video, audio track, or blog article into your training program as a resource-based attachment.

Summary
Here you have it, two additional features that benefit both newcomers and experienced professionals.
As always, I welcome your feedback.
